Runtime CD Powerpoint Presentations

I have burned my ppt presentation to a cd. One slide is hyperlinked to
a number of word documents. When I link to the document I always get a
warning about potential virus problems when running hyperlinks or
macros. How do I get rid of this warning? Any help appreciated
Thanks

Dear TAJ et al.,

This is the craziest thing I've ever encountered! I have a nice set of
powerpoint presentations to use when giving an Astronomy class in the
Spring, but I get that absolutely stupid warning message multiple times
in each presentation; whenever I go to an applet. And I need to use my
trusty iBook which is blissfully ignorant of Windows Registries!!!!
What the heck am I supposed to do?

Thanks a lot,

Steve et al.,

Thanks. I'll try the more Mac-oriented group as you suggest.

But, is there no way to get Microsoft's attention on this? I was
hoping the group would have some MS monitors ready to jump in and
help with such built-in problems.

This is the worst example of commercial softwared design I have ever
encountered: presentation software that endlessly presents an inane
warning -- that cannot be turned off!!!

I'm using MS Office 2004 with Mac OS Tiger, so I'm about as current as
I can be.

Cheers.
