Runtime deployment of infopath

Hi all,

I need to know if the following deployment scenario is possible,
and if yes then how do I go about it, and what are the licensing issues
involved.

- I want to publish an EForm ( .xsn ) on the webserver,
- People should be able to come and access the form.
- People who dont have infopath installed should get a downloadable
component that is self installing ( just like real player ).
- It should get installed and should be able to show the form and user
should be able to fill in data and submit it.

These forms can be some kind of surveys, can be support feedback etc.

Can anyone tell me if a hosted solution is possible with infopath and if yes
then what are the licensing
issues associated with it?
