somebody please help me

run time error 2147024809

microsoft word will not operate properly and tool bar
accross top doesn't show up!

uninstalled office and deleted from registry as well as
followed tips to correct on microsoft website nothing is
working!

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!
