runtime error 2753

A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE
server or ActiveX Control. Any help on this one.... Also i got an error that
says "The OLE server doesn't support linking". Any help will be gladly
appreciated thanks. This two maybe related problem. How can i fix it? Thanks.
