runtime error 3170

I am using Word 2002 and am trying to run some sample code
from the MVPS site (load a listbox from a named range in
excel..) Every time I try to run it I get the following
error message: Runtime error 3170 Could not find
installable ISAM. What is this?

It would help a lot if you post the code, and indicate the
line on which a problem is occurring.

In this particular case, all I can tell you is that it
appears to be a problem with making the data connection -
since data connections are what use ISAMs. Most likely, you
don't have the required driver installed for the kind of
connection you're trying to make.

You might try downloading and installing a relatively new
version of MDAC (maybe 2.5) and see if that resolves the
problem
