runtime error '48'

I cleaned several computers set up similarly of a number
of programs. Now when I try to run Word 2000, I get a
Microsoft Visual Basic window with runtime error '48' in
it and the message file not found qstartup.dll.

I tried detect and repair. I tried uninstall and
reinstall and I still get the same message.

Any ideas?
