Runtime Error 6025 - Outlook 2000

Yesterday, I forwared an article from Yahoo to my email id
and now cannot open Outlook 2000 (Runtime Error 6025
Outlook.exe)

I have been advised to deactivate my add-in's.
How do I perform this task? Should I do this?
I have Windows 98.
