Runtime Error 7 - Out of Memory

I have been using excel for a long time and this is the first time I
ever received this message... Does anyone know why I would get this
message: Runtime Error 7 - Out of Memory.....

I am running excell 2000 on WinXP OS and at time of this problem Excell
was the only program I had up and running...

Can anyone help????
