runtime error:expected identifier

When adding products to my commerce page forms my shopping
cart requires that I place an exclaimation point before
the item number & name. ex: !SKU0001 Color. When viewing
this page I get the error notice "runtime line 70 (line
number varies) error: expected identifier". When I follow
the promts I get "Just-in-time debugging" then "An
exception 'runtime error' has occured in script. However,
no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception.
Unable to JIT debug". I can ignore these messages and the
page seems to operate OK. What can I do or where can I
find something to correct this?
