When I run Microsoft Outlook 2003 I get the error message detailed below.
=====================================================
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
=====================================================
I searched the Symantec knowledge database and found the following article:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...nDocument&prod=&ver=&tpre=eu&src=eu_sg&csm=no
I ran Live Update as the article suggested, and Live Update tells me that my
system is up-to-date.
However, the problem does not go away. Whenever I run Outlook 2003 this
message appears, and then I get the option to re-enable the disabled item:
Addin: norton antispam outlook plugin (msouplug.dll)
I then continue to get the original error message.
