runtime error while using datagrid

Hello,

I am writing Excel solution using "Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft
Office System". I had one datagrid control placed on windows form which i am
calling from a custom menu. I am getting runtime error when the form comes
up. Had anybody any idea is there any problem with the datagrid control while
using office automation, since the same control works fine if i use it simple
application.
