Runtime Error

I am receiving a runtime error when i start ppt 2000.
Message received is R6025 pure virtual function call. Any
help in finding a fix. There was something on the
knowledge base which referenced word and norton antivirus
giving an error. My situation is that I use the corporate
edition of antivirus and it does not reference this
