RunTime error

Hope someone can help on this one.

When I open Outlook 2002 I get the following Error
message:

""Runtime Error
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\OUTLOOK.EXE
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.""

The only option is OK which closes Outlook. If I
immediately reopen the program it works perfectly!

I believe the problem began after I installed Norton
Internet Security 2004 which has the Anti-Spam function.
This dis not happen with NIS 2003.

Any thoughts?

We're seeing the same problem on one of our computers. It began after
installing NIS 2004. I've search the support engine at
http://www.symantec.com/search/, but it's one of the most utterly useless
sites I've ever encountered. I can't find any mention of the problem. So,
either it's not covered, or they aren't indexing using obvious keywords like
"unusual way" and "outlook".
