Runtime error

Hai
I have project server 2002 installed on OS windows 2000
server. When i click on admin tab and select "manage users
and groups" a runtime error is dispalyed.
The details are:
Runtime error
Line: 1363
Error: Internet server error.

In fact i am getting the similar kind of runtime error
with when i click other tabs also.
Please help me out to fix this.
