Runtime Error!

Sometimes when I boot up my computer, I get this error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime error!

Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I was not using Word at the time I receive this error message. Do I need to
replace WINWORD.EXE?
