Runtime Error

[Crocketty]

When working in WORD, I am getting a forced closure
without any warning. It takes me back to the stage I was
at when I first began the session.
Window says:

Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library
Runtime Error
ProgramC:\Program Files\MicrosoftOffice\Office10\WINWORD.EXE
abnormal program termination

Is there a setting I can change, or is there a fault in the way I am using
the program. I have tried re-installation of WORD without success.
I hope that someone can please give me some advice.
