Runtime Errors in Outlook 2007

I am getting several Runtime Errors when using the Outlook:

Line: 297
Error: Class not registered.

Line: 92
Error: Class not registered.

Line: 436
Error: Class not registered.

After these pop up, the information bar notifies me that my browser,
Internet Explorer, has blocked the ActiveX Control from running. Please help!
