Runtime requirement for Visio ActiveX based web application

I have developed a Visio ActiveX control based .net application. My visio
activex control is placed in my .net windows control container.

I tested this solution and it is working ok on system which has visio 2003.

I am now going to deploy my solution to system which doesn't have any visio
installation. Some have also old visio like 2000. I know that it will
require client license from Microsoft. But what exactly will be require to
deploy activex in my setup.

You need to have a version of Visio 2003 installed on the client PCs - there
is a minimal install which does not show the UI apparently ...
