Runtime Visual C++ error on exiting Outlook 2000 in Win XP

When I log in as a different user I receive the follwoing error message. I
have repair the outlook 2000 but still getting the message. The error occurs
the first time that I open outlook and it opens then the error pops up, click
OK and outlook shuts. Then, I open it again and works fine. Could someone
hel? I will appreciate it.

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~4\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE

abnormal program termination
