How do i get one note to convert handwriten russian to russian text? I have
installed the additional keyboard layout and it says it has all of the
support, but one not will not convert my writing in russian to russian text

Do you have a Tablet PC? OneNote does not have any built-in handwriting
conversion ability - it relies on the Tablet PC OS for handwriting
recognition.

Tablet PCs recognizers support English (U.S. & U.K.), Chinese (Traditional
and Simplified), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish,
only, not Russian.
