I moved all my applications to another partition of my hard drive, since the start-up disk was nearly full, but now Entourage doesn't automatically open Safari when I double click on a link in an email. It used to do so before I moved the applications. Thank you for any help you can give me. Also, am I likely to run into any other problems from having moved the applications to another partition other than the startup disk?

Go to Safari, and then go to Safari menu > Preferences. Click the "General"
button, and, under "Default web browser", click "Select". Manually locate
Safari on your partition, and click "Select". See if that corrects the
problem.
