safe domains not working / still marked: SPAM

have a big 'safe domains' list yet including email addys in this list does not prevent them from consistently ending up in my spam folder. does this list just not work anymore? it used to work in Entourage 2004.

cant believe how many problems there are with Entourage 2008!
