Safe mode

Every time i go into outlook i get a warning that there where errors last
time and do i want to open in safe mode. i can find no reasons for this. Any
idea how i can correct or disable this warning

Outlook 2003 with all sps running on S2003 TS.

The only addin is business contact manager.

There were no errors to do with office in the event log until last week when
this warning started. The log just states that safe mode was as offered.
