I have access 2003 databases that update throughout the day using Scheduled
tasks. Sometimes they don't update and when I try to run the scheduled task
manually a message comes up and say that the program did not open correctly
and will be opening in Safe Mode. My question is can this Safe Mode in
Access be disabled or bypassed to allow my Scheduled tasks to run
automatically?

You'd probably be better of using VB or vbscript to perform the updates
rather than using the bulky Access interface
