We have an issue in our enterprise where we need to push a safe senders list
out to all of our 3000 users. A GPO seems to be the best way since we already
push out some Outlook settings this way. In group policy "Specify Path to
safe Senders List" I point to a location where all have access and create a
Txt file with the email addresses. This does get populated in the registries
of the test users under
HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Options\Mail\JunkMailSafeSendersFile which points to a URL on one of our servers.
All seems to look ok but the list never gets populated on the Outlook client
and the safe senders still seem to get blocked. All seems straight forward
but it does not seem to be working. Any insight would be great. Has anyone
got this to work?
Thanks
