safe the current view of contacts for mail merge BCM

I am running a small villa rental business. This requires me to send
personalised documents upon receipt of a booking such as booking forms,
confirmation of payment, payment reminders etc. to one single contact. I have
added user defined fields to the business contact page.
In order to select the fields for the mail merge, I need to customise the
current view of the contact list. This view will show mostly the user defined
fields.
Is there a possibility to safe this view for use with other current and
future new contacts?
