SahrePoint Designer "collect data from user" action problem.

Hello,

I am using SPD to create a multi-level approval workflow. There are 2 levels
of approvals so the 1st person approves then the 2nd also approves in
sequential order.
I am using the "collect data from user" action which assigns a task to the
1st approver. This worked fine and the task form presented the approver with
my fields (a dropdown with the 2 choices approve, deny and a comments
multiline text box). The form had 2 buttons, a Save Draft bttton and a
Complete Task button for the approver to click on once he selected his choice.

The problem: The minute i introduced the "collect data from user" acion for
the second approver, my task form no longer has the Save Draft buttton and a
Complete Task button; it just has the regular OK, Cancel buttons. As a
result, my workflow does not continue to its next step...for some reason even
if the approver selects Approve and clicks OK to complete the task, the
workflow remains paused waiting for the task to be completed even though it
is. I cannot get this thing to work, why is it doing that? Was it not built
to support more than one "collect data from user" action? I find this hard to
believe. Is there a work around? Can someone please help me?
