sales call back date notification

i need to set up a customer data base that will allow me to schedual service
calls througout the year and remind me when they are due. any help would
greatly be appreciated i`m new to the computer. thanks. have windows xp.

Since you gave no indication of your programming experience or skills, you
might start with Outlook's built-in features. You can set a flag on any
contact in your default Contacts folder to remind you of a particular date.
