Sales Checklist Template

Hello:

I downloaded the Microsoft sales checklist template and modified for my
sales team. I saved the document under a new file name. Works perfect on my
pc, I can print, inout data etc., - but when emailed - the file reveals the
"change tracker marks " and the fonts are not correct. Any suggestions?

Is this the template you are referring to?

It appears that Track Changes is turned on and depending on the version of
Word you using you may not see them. You need to accept all changes and turn
Track Changes off before you distribute the template. If you need additional
instructions please let us know which version of Word you are using.
