Sales emails be viewed and replyed by mutiple users

Hi
We are running SBS 2003 with exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 clients. Sales
is set up as a distribution group. Currently a email is sent to sales and
goes to user different mailboxes. However we dont know who has replied to
these emails.

We want each person to be able to view sales emails and reply and other
people to know the email has been replyed to and be able to pick up any
responses.

Any suggestions please

a) cc the dls on replies.

b) don't use a DL, but use a seperate mailbox instead, have everyone who
needs to add it to their profile on the Advanced settings of the Exchange
Server portion of your profile. What I've done previous is have everyone
create a 'In Work' folder in the mailbox. When they see a mail they'd like
to reply to, they move it to their folder and start working on the reply.
That way someone else doesn't jump ahead in the queue. The only downside is
that sent items may go to the primary mailbox. Simply sort the Sent Items
by From and drag and drop once a day is the easiest solution for that.
