I need to create a sales org chart in Visio that allows me to include the
ability to click on the box for the person and have a form open where I can
enter all of their information including employee id#, department code,
territory name and as well be able to put in comments about them. Ie. someone
moved here or left on this date. Is this possible.
The second part is that I need to be able to publish it in a format that
others who do not have visio can use.
Currently this is all being done with an excel spreadsheet and is very
difficult to keep up to date. Note there are over 500 people that I have to
keep track of.
