Hello,
I have Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager installed.I have a
list of Business Contacts who I wish to send a letter to so I started a
new Campaign, went through each of the steps and then clicked Launch.
When in my letter, the problem I having is I can't see the Courtesy
Title or Salutation (ie. Mr., Mrs. etc.). The Greeting Line displays
'Dear Joe Bloggs' each time regardless of what I select. So I thought
I'd use my own Dear line and used Dear <<Courtesy Title>> <<Last Name>>
which just displays - Dear Bloggs - the title is still missing. The
Courtesy Title is taken from an 'Address Field' selections and is blank
for all records. There is nothing in the 'Database Fields' that seems
to do what I want it to do.
The only thing I seem to be able to get with 'Mr.' in it is the Full
Name (ie. Mr. Joe Bloggs) which is not what I want.
I'm sure this has come up before, however can anybody make any
suggestions?
