Same addresses on 2 computers on one network?

Is it possible to set up Outlook on 2 different home computers to access the
same email addresses (1 HTML-based and 2-POP3) without dealing with Exchange?
I want to be able to check my mail from either computer throughout the day
without having to be tied down to one or the other.

Yes but not simultaneously. I'm not sure about the HTML account but the POP3
account will barf if it gets 2 login requests.
You'd be better off with an IMAP account.
