same error

I get the same Error using Project Server 2007 + SP1 no MUI Pack. The
follwoing buttons are diabled, even tough all persissions are set to
"allow":

Edit project properties
Resource plan
Zoom in/ out , Scoll to task (not greyed out, but not working if you
click on it)

In the Actions Menü:
(all mentioned above)
Export Grid to Excel
Print Grid

In Settings Menu:
View Options
Filter
Group
Search

I already tried everything that is mentioned in this thread. Any
ideas ?!

Jeff:

Start a new post. Whatever post you replied to has long scrolled off the
Microsoft server, although you may be looking at a server that has years of
history. Me-too posts are not an effective way to get answers. You need to
