Same page/header in different template

Hi
I have 10 different set of documenttemplate and they all has the same page
and header and they will be filled with data from a userform.
Is it possible to stored the page/header in a different template so if it's
necessary to change anything in it, I only has to do that in one template?

Thanks
Camilla

Hi Camilla,

Yes, this is possible. What you do is put the common text into a separate
document or template, and mark it with a bookmark. Then in the other
templates, instead of including the text directly, you insert an INCLUDETEXT
field which refers to the common document & bookmark.

The text in the common document doesn'tneed to be in the header or footer,
it can be anywhere.

When you modify the text, you need to ba careful to ensure that the bookmark
still marks the whole of the text you want to include.

Camilla,

You can use an {INCLUDETEXT} field to take text from another file
(or a portion of it, by specifying its bookmark) and use it in the
current document. Look up INCLUDETEXT in the help for details.
