same time different days of the week

I use microsoft outlook to keep track of my work schedule and other
appointments. I always work 7PM to 7AM, but varied nights of the week. Is
there an easy way to enter my monthly schedule and then make revisions for an
individual night if needed..for example if I need to trade a night of work.
