Sample Data / Test Environment

just set up a test server which included the sample data for Project 2003.
I also followed the instructions (sampledb.htm) to set up the sample
database.

When I go to view a risk or anyhting that has to do with SharePoint
services, I receive the following error:

"The documents, risks, and issues features in Project Web Access use Windows
Sharepoint Services.

The is a problem establishing a connection with the web server running
Windows Sharepoint Services. Contact your System Administrator."

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
