Sample Diagrams

The sample diagrams are helpful, but lacking any details on how they were
created. It would be very helpful (and shorten my learning curve) to have a
step-by-step account of how the samples were created. Are there are any
documents (or books) that provide how-to information for creation of the
sample diagrams.

Since Visio cover a multiple of drawing types, perhaps you might provide a
little additional information on what you are looking for, and more specific
assistance might be provided.

Specifically, I was looking for detail on how the Process Improvement sample
was prepared and linked to the datasource. Including, how each process and
owner row was setup and how the data source fields were displayed on the
process symbol. I watched the Visio training sessions and understood them at
the time, but as soon as I start a drawing from scratch I get lost and need a
reference.
