Sample Table & Sample fields

I am running Access 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3) with everything
running from my computer. When I try to use the table
wizzard the sample tables and sample fields lists are
empty. I have uninstalled and reinstalled office which
did not fix the problem.
What should I do to fix this?
