Does anyone know how to get to the Sampling Dialog Box in
Excel? I see very clear instructions under Help on how to
get my sample once I arrive there, but I can't find it
anywhere! I am using Excel 97.

Do you have a Data Analysis option under Tools? If not, try Tools >> Add-Ins
