Sared Borders with Webstyle 4.0

I place a menu navigation bar created with Xara Webstyle 4.0 in the top
shared border of my site. It appears on the first page but no other pages.
I even "forced" and update by changing another small part of the shared
border to make sure it propagated. Every except the Webstyle nav-bar.

HELP ??

tried that - they say not their issue - contact Microsoft
I'll keep trying things until I have to give up

You have to place any JavaScript that is in the head section of the Shared Border page into the head
section of all pages using the shared border.
