Saturday work altering project plan

Hi,
I just have a question regarding Project Server 2010 and project plans. Right now we have resources who have entered time on a Saturday, which was unplanned, and as a result this has thrown off our entire project plan. We areunable to correct the dates manually to reflect the accurate timeline.

Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do to fix this so we can update our project plan? Any help is appreciated!
