Save a calendar as web page in win2k. !

Hello,

just created a new calendar in outlook, and I would like
to save as a web page so other can access to it !
The on-line help said I need a "Web Publishing Wizard".
I could not find it on MS Windows Update site!
Do you know where or how I can save it as a web page or
even on a word doc ?
