Save a word form

Todd

I created a Word Form and protected the table labels and
have it where you only tab to certain fields to enter
data. When I go to save the form after I fill it out I'd
like to be prompted to save it as another document. I
want the current form I created to stay blank, so when I'm
finished filling it out and try to save it I will get
prompted to "save as" only and the original form fields
stay empty.

How do I do this?

Take your blank form and use Save As to save it as a template. Then, when
you want to use the form, go to File => New and pick your form template. You
will get a new document with all of your formatting and fields. It will
automatically demand a new name when someone tries to save it.
