Save a Word jpg ???

I was sent a Word document with a graphic logo in it. I want to save it as
a jpg file. When I right-click it I was expecting a "save image as" choice
like you get from a web graphic. That choice was not there. How can I save
this graphic as a jpg file?

Click on the .doc image and do a Ctrl-C (Copy)
Open up MSPaint. It is usually at C:\WINDOWS\system32\mspaint.exe
Do a Paste from the Edit menuitem
In MSPaint you can Save As a JPEG if you want
