Save address book auto complete history

Is there a way of saving address book auto-complete history, after
re-install of XP?

I.E. Just enter first letter of address without re-learning again

Outlook 2003

Completely unrelated program and completely different feature. OE does not
use a separate file. It uses its Contact data.
