Save alignmen of toolbars?

Hi

I want to keep the alignment of the toolbars to be saved.

Whenever i am changing the alignment of the toolbars via: right click on a
toolbar->customize->"standard and format-toolbar in two lines" and then close
and reopen Project the two toolbars are again in one line.
furthermore the toolbars "ressource management" and "collaboration" are also
visible. i want those in one line, as they are rather short and perfectly fit
in one line. everytime i open project i have to reoder them manually to be
aligned in the way i want them. expected behavior would be to close project
and reopen it, and the alignment of the toolbars is the same as it was when i
closed the application.

is there a way to "save" the alignment/layout of the toolbars?

tnx for you help
Steve

Sorry Steve, I can't reproduce what you are seeing. What version
(including service pack) are you using?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hello Steve,

Thanks for the additional information. I cannot reproduce what you
are seeing using Project 2007 Professional SP1. However, I am *not*
connected to a server. From a quick google search, it appears as
though Project Server does play a role in the position of toolbars.

I came across the following information on the Project Server Experts
site (fellow MVPs Dale Howard and Gary Chefetz):

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
