Save and New in Company in a custom contact form in Public folder

I have a custom contact form in a public folder. Everything works
except when users click on Save and New or Save and New in Company,
the system contact
default screen gets displayed. If users click on New from the File
menu, the custom contact form gets displayed.

How can I make outlook to display the custom form when users click on
Save and New? Thanks.
