The "Save As" Command on Powerpoint for Mac 2011 has changed its behavior.
It used to behave like the "Save As" Command in Word and Excel; to wit I was given a selection of storage devices/ items on the left side of the pop-up box and a selection of destination folders within the selected storage device.
Now I get a truncated version that only allows me to save the file within the last folders or devices used. This means that if I rename a file I cannot save it to a different desired folder on any other storage device including the device the original file is on. I can only save it to files that have been previously used.
This occurred two weeks ago. The only software change was the update to MS Office version 14.4.7. I am running Yosemite 10.10.1 on an iMac (3.06 GHz Intel Core Duo i3, 12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3)
Any suggestions?
