"Save As" delay in office 2003

Whenever i choose to "save as" and the choose to open the drop down menu to
select a new location, there is a delay of aroud 45 seconds? I have checked
the KB but they say to there is a "hot fix" available from microsoft but they
do not offer any more info.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rich,

If there is a hotfix available then you'd need to contact
MS by phone to obtain it. (There's no charge for that support).

Common causes for delay include have a mapped drive
or FTP location listed in the Lookin dropdown that
is not accessible or disconnected.
